Land Use Planning, Development Services and Business Licensing are administered in all national parks by Parks Canada.
The LLYK Field Unit does all development and planning from Castle Junction (junction of 93S) to the border of BC/Alberta, and up the Icefields Parkway to Jasper National Park.
The Banff Field Unit does all development outside of the Town of Banff to Castle Junction (junction of 93S)
